Objective: Train the order: legs → hips → core → shoulders.

Setup

  • No run-up; shoulder-width stance
  • Midrange or putter

Steps

1. Bend back knee; pressure on the ball of the foot

Establish your base and loading position.

2. Coil the trunk slightly before the chest turns

Build torque from the core first.

3. Drive from legs; let hips start the turn

Ground-up power generation.

4. Allow shoulders/arm to arrive late and whip

Finish with acceleration through the target.

5. Stick the finish over the plant

Maintain balance and follow-through.
